Vina Rose’s persistency has constantly paved the way for her achievements: after winning the first position in the Sanremo Rock & Trend Festival’s regional semifinal for the Lombardy region, early this year, the Italian born singer/songwriter performed as one of the ten 11th September super finalists of “Sanremo Rock & Trend Festival” held at the famous Ariston Theatre in Sanremo (Italy), a competition that included over 15000 bands originally, being one of her standout events of 2021 so far.
Her dazzling performance of her song “Breathe Again“, for the first time played in Italy with a live band, received warm affection from the audience, particularly from one of the judges, Phil Palmer , well known session musician, songwriter and musical director who has toured, recorded, and worked with numerous famous artists, from Eric Clapton to Dire Straits, George Michael and Robbie Williams , who was mesmerised about Vina Rose’s performance and pitch perfect.
A prestigious recognition for the passionate singer/songwriter, considering that this was her first time on stage since the beginning of the Covid 19 pandemic.
